Railway Station

This is the Mikkeli´s Railway Station, you can do your Student discount card for Transport all over Finland, so you will have a 50% discount in your travels.

The ticket centre in the railway station is opened Mondays to Fridays from 7 a.m. to 7:10 p.m., Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and from 12:15 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. and on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 7:10 p.m.

Sampo Pankki

This is another bank in the city center, you can use it like the nordea to create an account, in case you need it, for paying the rent, take money,...

The offices of the Sampo Pankki are open Mondays to Fridays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Main Campus

As you can see in the picture, it is some kind of guide that i suppose all of you will have, about where is located each building in the main campus.

the medieval village

At the end of september, the medieval village opens its gates to present a flashback for a great era. Here, everyone plays its character, you can find village fool, begger, warrior, vendors and others. Feel free to participate and eat fish with heads as Benjamin likes:):). (Pursialankatu street, next to lake Kaihunlahti, but on the other side of the road)

If U feel like going out just for relaxing or jogging, it's nice to visit these two lakes close to MOAS.

The first lake -Pankalampi-  is near the congress centre, just look the autumn and winter pictures, U can find here peace:).



The other lake -Laihalampi- is a bit further, but worth the walk.

Places in the city

This is in the top of the list of places in the cit y
