What is MOAS?

Mikkeli Student Housing Ltd, MOAS, belongs to the group of companies of Mikkeli city and is 100 percently owned by the city of Mikkeli. It was entered into the trade register on 10.1.1975. The company's field of business according to the company's articles is as a non-profit community to build, own, administer and rent apartments and commercial premises linked with residential buildings and to own stocks. The company rents the apartments it owns and administers to students studying in educational establishments following comprehensive shcool and other young people and other special groups as apartments. The other premises linked with residential buildings the company rents primarily to social purposes. In addition the company can rent apartments to others to temporary purposes, eg. international student, researcher and youth exchange and to summer hotel action. Company can practice house managing and estate care.

In total, MOAS has over 740 apartments to offer, which means over 1100 residences.
